Chennai Hattrick fails but there is always tomorrow in a long break monsoon period

Yesterday Chennai and KTC rains failed though it rained in Tiruvallur, the rains which came up to Avadi failed to move further in both in the evening and late night with poor steering winds from west. Lets not get disappointed monsoon is in for a long break which means very active time for Thunderstorms in Tamil Nadu.

With hot day today, the 1st rain Chance will be at evening when seabreeze moves in and then the 2nd rain chance will come from storms moving in from Inland at late nights.

So bright chances for rains exists today with improved steering winds from west. At the same time God only knows whether the rains will be in North Chennai & its suburbs or Chennai City or South Chennai & its suburbs.

Other places in Tamil Nadu

Vellore, Tiruvallur, Katpadi districts are in prime hot spot again, these three are having dream days in the past few days. Tiruvannamalai, Villupuram, Salem, Dharmapuri, Tirupattur districts, Pondy, Dindigul and parts of Delta all have chance of rains. Some isolated spells in Delta and South TN will happen too but will be less compared to last 3 days.
